Student Testimonial
-
"I really enjoyed the Culinary Arts/Hospitality Program and the many work-based learning experiences. Having double block class periods was very helpful in getting through class lessons, which allowed time to finish preparing food items. The culinary skills learned allowed me to obtain a ServSafe Certification, get a job at Apollo Restaurant, and be accepted into the Culinary Arts Program at SUNY Erie College" - Selena Pena, GCCS Class of 2024
